The scheduled press conference starts at 2pm and the ordinary Germans will be right for seconds - they may be angry if you are only a minute late.
But this time the press conference in Die Mannschaft Vatutinki started two hours late with coach Joachim Loew and German Football Federation (DFB) president Reinhard Grindel as the host. An apology was made, but no specific reason.
The meeting of the defending World Cup team and the No. 1 football team on the FIFA rankings, however, does not revolve around whether Germany is capable of holding the trophy.
Instead there was a series of questions aimed at the scandal of Mesut Ozil and Ilkay Gundogan, culminating in the German fans booing and whistling Gundogan in a friendly against Saudi Arabia on June 8 in Leverkusen just before the World Cup.
The incident comes from a photo of two Turkish players with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the UK more than a month ago. Gundogan's shirt, a player with two Turkish and German nationals, gave Erdogan the words, "Give my president with respect."
This prompted storms in Germany, especially as the issue of immigrants and the Turkish community in Germany was always a sensitive one. Mr Erdogan is being strongly criticized by Berlin and the EU for the process of suppressing and arresting thousands of people following the unsuccessful coup d'état in Ankarr in 2016. Two players were criticized for failing to appreciate German values There are a series of appeals both types off the squad.
Mr. Grindel said it was a pity and the two players should not do that. Coach Loew explained: "Both have been playing for the team for a few years now and everybody wants to play for Germany. We should just focus on football."
The German coach, though, admits being whistled, booing may continue and may affect both. Both Mr. Loew and the chairman of the DFB spoke privately with two players. Ozil was given a few days off with relatives and just returned to training with the team yesterday morning, a practice he praised as "impressive."
Personal issues in the past have made the German team weak and failed at the World Cup. In 1994, Germany also came to America to defend the gold cup they had when defeating Argentina's Maradona in 1990 in Italy. But the scandal led to Stefan Effenberg's dismissal (with a rotten finger on the audience when it was replaced) and the conflict between Jurgen Klinsmann and Lothar Matthaus caused Germany to play pale and stop in the quarter-finals against Bulgaria's Hristo Stoichkov.
Former striker Oliver Bierhoff admits the crisis around the two Turkish players could affect the German national team. Like Bierhoff, Loew also called for the public to let the players focus on football instead of being influenced by other issues.
"Very challenging for the players after the season long and very hard. And then they have to go to this big tournament," Loew said.
"We will focus more on dead ball and tactical situations. We will have to practice a lot."
The Germans are also in the process of transferring and they lack managerial insignia like Philip Lahm or Bastian Schweinsteiger a few years ago. German defender Manuel Neuer has just returned after more than eight months of injury.
"We are still optimistic and will be prepared," Loew said at the press conference.
Asked about his next opponent in the next round whether he would choose Brazil or Serbia, Loew said he would focus on every game that "does not want to think too long".
The German coach has acknowledged that Brazil has been in good form in recent months and that Serbia is also having a litter on every line. According to him, the round of 16 does not matter who the opponent is but just the best preparation for each match.
The tank will start the tournament with a match against Mexico on June 17. The matches against Sweden and Korea took place on 23 and 27 June respectively.
The German press conference ended gently with the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of sports legend Hartmut Scherzer, who is considered the eldest of the German sports journalists with 15 times the World Cup.
"My first World Cup came true in 1962 when Brazil successfully defended the championship. I wish the Germans do this, "Scherzer said as he greeted.
History has not been demolished since 1962. With the fragility of the current team, Die Mannschaft has achieved this achievement?

Scandal of Ozil và Gundogan

Fragile generation transfer
And the problem of Germany is not just the two Turkish players. Die Mannschaft in the friendly match before the resolution shows the sluggish and not match. Coach Loew admits the Germans have not had the maneuvering, speed and power they normally have, though he said it was a common problem for the national teams to regroup."Very challenging for the players after the season long and very hard. And then they have to go to this big tournament," Loew said.
"We will focus more on dead ball and tactical situations. We will have to practice a lot."
