Griezmann predicts Juventus will win the Champions League final

Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann recently made Juventus and goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon happy to predict that Turin's Old Lady will beat Real Madrid in the 2016/17 Champions League final.


Speaking on Cadena Ser, the French striker said: "Juventus will overtake Real to win the Champions League this season, if the outlook happens, goalkeeper Buffon will win the Golden Ball."

Commenting on Atletico's defeats against Real in the Champions League in the past few years, Griezmann added: "Losing in the finals puts you in more pain than having to stop in the semi-final. The reason is because when you reach the final you are very excited and believe that you will be crowned. So when the goal is not complete, the feeling of course is very uncomfortable".

"Although not able to win the Champions League or La Liga as desired, Atletico still finished the target is third in La Liga this season. In general Atletico has played very well, unfortunately in the Champions League we have to stop in the round for the 4 strongest teams", Griezmann share.
